In late 2024, a Japanese diesel component research company in Nagoya ordered a customized Common Rail Test Equipment unit from us. Japan’s diesel industry demands extremely high accuracy, and the customer needed a laboratory-grade solution capable of long-duration testing.

We provided a customized version including:

• Enhanced precision Common Rail Test Equipment
• High-frequency injection simulation
• Data logging software with Japanese interface
• Noise reduction and thermal stability improvements

The production and calibration process required 35 days, with a total delivery cycle of 48 days.

After commissioning, the Japanese engineers were impressed by the system’s stability, especially during long, continuous testing sessions. They also praised the high-resolution data curves and software responsiveness.
